Experience leading, facilitating and initiating large-scale technology infrastructure procurements. Knowledge and experience with creating, augmenting and negotiating Licensing agreements and IT Software Statements of Work Experience in developing Treasury Board or SPP submissionsAODA Nice-to-have: Prior OPS/Public Sector exp.
