Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Agentic AI Technologies Location: Hybrid (3 days remote), Toronto, CanadaExperience: 5+ YearsRate: $72 to $77 CAD PH Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery within its Agentic Technology and Trust initiatives. This role focuses on managing AI-driven programs with an emphasis on trust, security, governance, and measurable outcomes. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and trust teams supporting a Fortune 500 product company. Key Responsibilities Lead AI-focused projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with trust, security, and compliance principlesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategiesCoordinate with engineering, product, and trust stakeholders to execute Agentic Technology initiativesTrack, measure, and report project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectivesIdentify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-team dependenciesDrive clear and consistent communication across technical and business stakeholdersEnsure adherence to company standards, policies, and AI trust and governance frameworksSupport implementation of instrumentation and metering strategies to enable AI system accountability and transparencyStay current on Agentic AI technologies, trust metrics, and governance practices, and integrate relevant advancements into project execution Must-Have Skills Strong project management experience within technology or emerging technology domainsHands-on experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiativesFamiliarity with AI concepts, trust frameworks, and security principlesProficiency with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExcellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and reporting skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing AI adoption, security, or compliance-related programsExposure to AI governance frameworks and trust enablement practicesStrong problem-solving and organizational capabilitiesPMP or other recognized project management certificationsInterest in Agentic AI systems and ethical AI practices Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.Thank you for considering a career with us.
