Our boutique dental practice is looking for a Head Receptionist who is more than just a "front desk person." We are looking for an Ambassador. We value elite customer service, scripted excellence, and a "full-bus" schedule.The Schedule:Monday – Thursday (Full-Time)Two Saturdays per month (Required)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive & Growth-Oriented: We offer a highly competitive compensation package that is directly commensurate with your experience, capability, and ability to drive practice KPIs.Performance Culture: We believe in rewarding excellence. Your ability to manage the schedule and lead the front-end "engine" will be the primary driver of your compensation growth.The Must-Haves:Tracker Software Proficiency: You must be comfortable navigating Tracker for scheduling, billing, and reporting.Polished Customer Service: You are the "face" of the office—professional, warm, and highly organized.Insurance Expertise: Deep understanding of dental insurance, claim submission, and payment collection.Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a MUSTGood knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dentistryExperience with electronic computer systems and office management toolsKey Responsibilities:Practice Ambassador: Greeting and dismissing patients with a "concierge" level of service.Schedule Mastery: Proactively ensuring the schedule is full, productive, and balanced.Financial Integrity: Managing claims and accepting payments with 100% accuracy.Team Leadership: Getting along with and motivating team members to reach daily goals.To Apply: Submit your resume to mapledentalcentre@rogers.com.
