**job Description**:
Strong data analytical skill set - have the ability and diligence to trace and analyze data back to its origination Experience working with large sets of data and using tools such as MS Excel, SQL queries, etc for data comparison and analysis Business understanding of banking book data and credit processes Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities within an Agile project

**Nice to have**

Experience working with ESN data and/or EDW Primary: Experienced in Debit Card Area Primary: Gather and document users stories/requirements/specification/data mapping Primary: Document and execute test cases (UAT and PIV)? Primary: Lead UAT and PIV testing Primary: Create and deliver key BA/BSA artefacts as per Agile methodology Primary: Provide user training based on the changes Secondary: + other duties (if required) as long as the resource has capacity, skills and/or willing to learn (aligns to the agile model where the resource assigned to the solution team can perform any activities).

**Desirable Skills**: ITIL, Agile, MS Excel
