**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team at &
JEON Bridal in Toronto. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting brides with their dream gowns, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional bridal couture experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences for bridal attire.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and following up on leads.
- Provide high-level customer service throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on new collections and trends.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end retail or fashion.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous (especially Spanish).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
