As a Concierge Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to assist customers in finding the vehicles and products that best fit their needs, with access to all Pfaff Brands and Inventory, providing a peer-to-peer, customer-driven sales style that builds relationships while engaging and motivating customers in an authentic and transparent experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Relationship Management:_
- Attends relevant, potential sales generating/networking events
- Initiates and nurtures relationships with prospective clients
- Focused on cross-brand selling across all Pfaff brands, acting as product advisor to customers
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
- Concierge Sales:_
- Creates a customer focused environment and continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Ensures customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively
- Conducts instore and offsite vehicle demonstrations, sales and deliveries
- Responsible for direct to client vehicle sales and F&I sales
- Build and maintain sales growth to achieve and exceed monthly objectives
- Administration:_
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal and provincial regulations that affect vehicle sales
- Attends and keeps abreast of Manufacturer and Pfaff training resources on a continuous basis
- Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Multilingual is preferred
- Demonstrates a strong track record of customer relationship management and customer service in a sales role
- Develops and maintains team relationships across brands and dealerships
- A minimum of 3 years in an automotive retail role with an established clientele
- Valid Ontario Drivers License and a Clean Drivers Abstract
- Valid OMVIC Certification
