**Production Worker**
- At Mauser Packaging, we are seeking individuals that are a good fit for our company culture with the potential to become long-tenured employees. Must have a safety attitude and mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installing handles, packaging, labelling, and tying the products.
- Installing gaskets and spouting lids.
- Taping boxes for packaging products.
- Ability to be cross trained in various departments and ability to move between multiple machines in a shift.
- Working with injection molding machines, and printing machines.
- Handling mainly plastic products (e.g. pails, lids)
- Getting products packaged for shipping.
- Complete quality checks on products that are being packaged.

**Basic Requirements are**:

- Available to work full-time 8 hour shifts, which will include weekends.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment that involves much repetitive movement.
- Must be able to cope with varying temperatures in the plant.
- Detail-oriented and multi-task in a quick, efficient manner.
- Ability to follow specific directions, fully understand the training on Safety, and Quality.
- A positive mental attitude and the enthusiasm to learn while developing new skills.

**Important Policies to Know**:

- Watches, jewellery (which includes necklaces, rings, earrings, any visible piercings, metal or string bracelets, anklets), nail polish, false fingernails, false eyelashes, and cell phones are prohibited while working in all production areas.
- All employees are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes when reporting for work.

**Compensation & Available Shift Openings**:
8 hour shifts include paid Coffee and Lunch breaks, plus paid Overtime Pre-Shift Daily Safety Huddles (10 minutes).
