**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Operate a forklift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

The employee will be required to remember and understand certain instructions, guidelines, or other information. The employee must be able to see and verbally communicate. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move frequently, stand up and walk for extended period and sit. The employee is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$22.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
