We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Showroom Assistant. We are seeking an energy filled individual, who wants to learn the ins and out of the wholesale industry. Someone with an interest in fashion and sales and has the ability to complete tasks required in a timely manner.

**Job Title**: Part-Time Fashion Wholesale Showroom Assistant

**Position Overview**:
As a Part-Time Fashion Wholesale Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team. You’ll assist with processing orders, managing inventory, communicating with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in fashion and wholesale operations to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing and fulfilling wholesale orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Assist with preparing sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional material
- Provide administrative support as needed for the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in fashion, retail, or wholesale is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite is beneficial
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an in-office environment.
