**JOB DESCRIPTION**

At Foliot, we are passionate about technology and proud of our state-of-the-art equipment fleet, which includes several brand-new, highly automated machines. As an Electromechanic, your main challenge will be to use your expertise to detect, analyze, and diagnose system irregularities and failures in order to avoid production downtime. You will also perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the **Robot Programmer** will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing robotic systems to meet the company’s operational needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Program, configure, and optimize robots for production operations;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic system issues;
- Participate in the design, integration, and commissioning of new robots or automated systems;
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to install and maintain robots;
- Make adjustments to programs to maximize robot efficiency and productivity;
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of interventions;
- Train operators and technicians in the use of robots;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects in automation and robotics;
- Be available for occasional travel and paid overtime hours.

**PROFILE SOUGHT**
- DEC (College Diploma) in Robotics;
- Relevant experience in programming and configuring Fanuc robots, including CRX 25 (an asset);
- Knowledge of PLC-HMI systems (a significant asset);
- Technical expertise in industrial automation and robotics;
- Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems;
- Versatility and adaptability to various projects;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Availability for occasional off-hours travel and interventions;
- Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.

**POSITION DETAILS**
- Day shift - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
