**Dulux Paints Store Manager / Team Leader**

Vancouver, BC

**What you need to bring**:
High energy, positive attitude, readiness, and eagerness to learn and grow as well as customer focused mindset with strong Leadership skills.
- **Provide leadership, and direction to the store associates**:

- **A teamwork mentality, team building. Leads by motivating the store associates**:

- **Work with Sales team to ensure sales metrics are met**
- **Coordinates the relationship between customers and store associates.**
- **Ability to lift heavy pails of paint, using material handling equipment**:

- **Ability to distinguish the difference between colours**:

- **The confidence to assess the customer's needs and advise solutions.**:

- **Has self-confidence and encourages self-confidence within the team**:

- **Time Management, problem-solving, strategic planning**:

- **Able to operate POS system, telephone system and knowledge of Microsoft programs**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
