**Les défis qui t’attendent chez Maplr**:

- Tu intégreras le Maplr Lab : notre lab d'innovation interne Maplr qui réalise des projets technologiques pour nos clients au Canada ;
- Tu feras le lien entre le **client** et **l'équipe de développement Maplr** ;**:

- Tu prendras en main la coordination de projets technologiques web et mobiles en élaborant les analyses fonctionnelles ;
- Tu auras des contacts réguliers avec nos clients pour identifier la vision du projet et communiquer sur l'avancée du projet ;
- Tu auras la charge de définir et de communiquer la vision du projet à l'équipe de développement ;
- Tu auras le rôle de** **Scrum Master** et tu réaliseras l'animation des cérémonies agiles de l'équipe (Daily, démonstration, rétrospectives, etc.) ;
- Tu assureras l'utilisation efficiente de l'approche agile, de ses outils et de ses valeurs dans les projets et dans les équipes.

**Tu es la personne idéale pour nous si**
- Tu as une première expérience sur un poste fonctionnel produit (Product Owner / Chef.fe de projet / AMOA...) **OU** en tant que Scrum Master ;
- Tu as des connaissances dans les cadres agiles : Scrum, Kanban et SAFe ;
- Un atout : tu possèdes une certification en agilité : PSM, CSM, SAFe ;
- Tu as de l'expérience dans un environnement TI ;
- Tu t'exprimes couramment en français ET en anglais ;
- Tu aimes partager tes idées et apprendre des autres ;
- Tu es reconnu.e pour ta polyvalence et tu as l'âme entrepreneuriale ;
- Tu fais preuve de transparence, de bienveillance et de positivisme au sein de l'équipe.
