**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Counter Help. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in delivering a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining service quality.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is essential.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience with sanitation standards and food safety regulations is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$21.02 per hour
