**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Counter Help. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in creating a positive experience for our clientele.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and purchases.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, including merchandising displays.
- Handle customer service issues professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Exhibit phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via phone.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales preferred, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with product demos and technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00-$21.40 per hour
