Residential Building Cleaner

We are looking for a Building/ handyman maintenance experienced to join our team. Must be able to work alone or with others as a team member.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comprehensive cleaning services for residential buildings, including hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, and individual apartment units.
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing and other building repairs;
- Paint walls as needed in the building or apartment;
- Perform minor general repairs (ex: broken locks, filling gaps in walls);
- Taking out garbage;
- Move and relocate furniture;
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations;
- Perform other related tasks as required.

**SKILLS** **ANDQUALIFICATION**
- Ability and experience working with some of the following:

- Drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, basic electricity, sanding, etc
- Willingness to be trained in other trade specialties
- Perform cleanups and service on-site as needed
- Attention to detail on the job

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English
- French is an asset
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience
- Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision;
- Experience with building repairs;

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
