**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, floors, and doorframes using wood and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks as needed.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Conduct masonry work as required for specific projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and complete installations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
- Ability to plumb structures accurately to ensure proper alignment.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
