**Pay**:

- ** $40,000 annually.**:

- Benefits after 3 months.
- Company matching RRSP after one year of employment.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist the Grounds Manager with management and supervision of the daily operations of the department.
- Assist the Grounds Estimator with various tasks.
- Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
- Assist with completing the daily schedule.
- Assist in ensuring all months end reports are completed accurately and all job have been quoted and sent to the Property Managers.

**Qualifications and/of Educational Requirements**:

- Experience with manual filing and e-filing.
- Computer skills in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and snow removal an asset.
