**Your Role**:As our Bar Manager/Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the beverage program, leading a team of skilled bartenders, and crafting unique drink offerings that complement our diverse menus. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of beverage quality and ensuring efficient bar operations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in enhancing the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bars at Cohen's Beer Republic and Picaro Cocktails & Tacos.
- Develop innovative and seasonally-inspired cocktail and beverage menus that cater to a diverse clientele.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the bartending team to deliver top-notch service and uphold brand standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious food and beverage pairings.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in bartending and mixology, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of creating exceptional cocktails and a deep understanding of various spirits, beers, and wines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and lead the bar staff.
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate the needs of a busy restaurant environment.
- A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset.
