As our new pharmacy assistant, you will**:Work alongside the pharmacist to process and prepare prescriptions, p**rovide excellent customer service in-person and via phone to patients, m**aintain inventory levels and pharmacy supplies to ensure the smooth operation of our dispensary. Your customer service and communication skills will be the pillars of your success here. **This is a part-time, permanent position working approximately 25-30 hours per week to start. Our pharmacy is open 6 days per week, between 9:30am and 6 pm (with shortened weekend hours)..**

**Qualifications**:Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy assistant or pharmacy technician role in a Canadian pharmacy (NOT A MUST). **Customer facing experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.** Experience in a large retail pharmacy chain is preferred, but not required. **Certification as a registered pharmacy technician is an asset, but not required”.**
