We are looking for window cleaning technicians who will come and hang their hat with us for a year or two while they gain experience and skills to help them move on to their next step in life. We want to support you in that effort and help our team members achieve their milestones on the way to accomplishing their goals. **Some Details You Should Know Before Applying**

We provide window and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and siding cleaning. Check out our website and google reviews to get a better understanding of how we excel in the industry.

**You should also**:

- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Have a valid working permit and driver's license with limited demerits.
- Love the idea of building and being a part of an exceptional team.
- Dig the idea of wearing a kilt every day and getting lots of attention.

**What Can We Offer?**
- During your first month of training, you will receive a base rate of $20/hour. As you enter your second month, you will progress to performance pay, which is based on production.
- We offer year-round work with no seasonal layoffs
- Our technicians are compensated under a revenue sharing model where the harder you work, the more you make; all while delivering exceptional service and making people smile.
- We provide you with all the uniforms, supplies, tools and training you need to be successful because when you succeed, so does the company
- Benefits after 3 months which includes a health spending account, company events and even a birthday bonus.
- Lead Drivers are provided a vehicle to take home to shorten their morning commute.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:
