**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows in commercial and residential settings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Lift heavy equipment (ladders) and materials as necessary for window cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Also assisting with pressure washing and dryer vent cleaning services
- cleaning of screens, sills and tracks
- assisting with job setup and take down

**Experience**
- Previous experience in custodial work, facilities maintenance, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools used in window cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
