McKnight Registry is an Alberta Authorized Registry Agent located in North East Calgary that has been operating since 1993. We have an immediate need for a Full-Time Registry Agent.

Responsibilities of the job:

- Provide professional, friendly service to clientele.
- Entry of data into the Motor Vehicles Database.
- Adherence to Government and registry policy and regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-driven and self-directed work.
- Other tasks as assigned by management staff.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Computer literacy and ability to type 30+ wpm.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation ability.
- PIC (Police Information Check)
- **Able to work both Saturday and Sunday as needed.**

Work experience & education:

- High school or equivalent.
- 1+ yrs experience customer/client services role.

**Language**:

- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Bi
- and Multi-lingual a plus but not a requirement.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2E 5T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
