**JOB DESCRIPTION**

MP Lighting is looking for a full-time, permanent Order Entry Clerk. This position is to start as soon as possible.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Code, calculate, enter, verify and reconcile orders/quotes/ transactions, prices, and commissions.
- Prepare and issue confirmation documents related to customers' purchase orders.
- Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, price lists and commissions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
- Correspond/communicate and coordinate projects with production.
- Coordinate with sales team and production department.
- Serve as a back-up Customer Service Clerk.
