**AbacusNext **is searching for a **Tier 1 Client Services Technical Support Engineer** to join our Amicus Attorney Online Support team. AA Tier 1 Engineers are responsible for providing support to Amicus Attorney Online Support team users ensuring proper request fulfillment, client satisfaction and training to users.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to both internal and external customers.
- Basic accounting knowledge and billing experience
- Be able to document your conversation in database.
- Be able to exercise patience on a regular basis.
- Turn any situation, including bad ones, into an extraordinary experience for our client
- Execute on creative ways to help make our clients feel loved and supported.
- Provide ad hoc correction of client's accounting systems and processes

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years' experience in a Software troubleshootingclient services role
- Knowledge of accounting and billing; be able to investigate reportsdatabase for any disruption of data and payments.
- Experience with help desk support software and ticketing systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have flexible availability to work statutory holidays and occasional weekends
