Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Field Supervisor to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Toronto, Ontario

**Job Duties**:

- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas to ensure compliance on policies and procedures
- Orient new/existing guards working on the assigned locations
- Mentor, motivate, coach and train all new and existing guards
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Performance administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- A valid Ontario security license
- Hold a valid Ontario G-License with a clean abstract
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can stay alert at all times
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Class G Licence (required)
- Security Guard Licence (preferred)
