As a Kitchen Utility Worker, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our kitchen. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including dishwashing, cleaning, and providing support to the chef and kitchen staff. This dynamic position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Dishwashing**:
Ensure efficient and timely cleaning of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Operate dishwashing equipment in a safe and effective manner.Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing kitchen equipment.Regularly clean and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and storage areas.Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- **Waste Management**:
Responsible for the proper disposal of kitchen waste and recycling.Keep garbage and recycling areas clean and organized.
- **Assisting the Chef**:
Support the chef in food preparation and cooking tasks.Assist in chopping, cutting, and other basic food preparation activities.Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
- **Multi-functional Support**:
Be willing to assist in various kitchen activities based on operational needs.Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
- **Requirements**:
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous but not mandatory.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
