The Branch Administrator is responsible for the management and operation of the Branch office, ensuring the highest quality of service and an enjoyable experience for Prep Doctor’s clients.

**Reports to**: Remote Campuses General Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Maintain business supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
- Maintain the general facilities
- Ensure the entire facility and storage of supplies are kept tidy and organized.
- Coordinate and resolve issues in the facility with property management and contractors.
- Ensure all equipment is fully functional and kept clean at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform/monitor opening and closing duties.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Book computer sessions and organize events.

**Student Support**:

- Compile educational materials and packages, including shipment and distribution.
- Set up classrooms including media, computer tablets, laptops.
- Invigilate classrooms during lectures and mock exams (The ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and move within the classroom).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office coordination/management or similar role required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, night shift up to 10PM, and adjust work hours as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
