- Assist sales representatives with product selections and quotations.
- Follow up on sales leads, talk with customers to assess their needs, and recommend products that can meet those needs.
- Assist with marketing activities.
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Sales order entry.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Outbound calling - cold call sales calls, promotional offer calls.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, and/or issues to your manager.
- Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and support overall company revenue goals and strategies.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Collection of payment information.
- Close cooperation with Technicians in regards to scheduling, marketing, customer complaints, payment collection, marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as required.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- dental customer service and sales: 1 year (required)
