About Us:
We are a professional cleaning company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in delivering high-quality results for our clients. We’re looking for reliable and skilled cleaners to join our team for occasional project work such as stripping & waxing floors and carpet cleaning.

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Stripping and waxing VCT and other hard floor surfaces
- Carpet cleaning (hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning, etc.)
- Operating floor machines and carpet cleaning equipment
- Ensuring work is completed to a professional standard
- Following safety protocols and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Experience in stripping & waxing and carpet cleaning (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Access to your own cleaning equipment is an asset
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Subcontractors welcome to apply

Compensation: Competitive rates - paid per project/hourly

Hiring Process:
Applicants will be given one paid cleaning project as part of the interview process. Successful completion will lead to ongoing project opportunities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Carpet cleaning: 1 year (required)
- Stripping & waxing floor: 1 year (required)
