*SERVICEMASTER CLEAN IS AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE* We are a leading provider of janitorial services for the Region. We require a new team of Floor Technicians for different sites throughout Durham Region / Scarborough / Newmarket / Peterborough Area.

*Responsibilities and Duties* Strip and wax floors, Scrub and re-coat flooring, auto scrubber use, Floor restoration, burnishing, Sweep, mop, extractor, and swing machine use.

*Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:* Ability to perform heavy duty cleaning tasks from verbal instructions and demonstrations Comfortable working in environment with stairs. Ability to maintain co-operative working relationship with a team. A self-starter able to work with mínimal supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Applicant may require police clearance for access to certain sites *Safety Shoes are Required* *G Class Drivers License* *Criminal Investigation Report may be requested due to client request.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Floor Restoration: 2 years (required)
