**What You’ll Do**:

- Serving food and beverages and offering suggestions or promoting specials.
- FOOD PREPARATION is involved
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in keeping with hotel standards.
- Promote guest loyalty through actions including anticipating requirements, answering questions and providing superior customer service.
- Create a welcoming environment by adjusting lighting and audio/TV volume to be consistent with meal period service
- Responsible for the stocking and cleanliness of the food and beverage areas
- Record transactions in the Maitre D’ POS system correctly and timely
- Typical shift hours 5:00pm-12:00am

- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the hotel policies and best practices to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

**What we are looking for**
- Maintain current certification and follow all safe food handling and responsible beverage service regulations. Current SmartServe and Food Handler’s Certificate required
- 1-3 years bartending and serving experience is required
- Ability to work independently
- A team-first attitude
- Detail oriented
- This role is a physically demanding role and may include repetitive bending, pulling, carrying, lifting and pushing (up-to 40 lbs.)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
