**About the Role.**
As the Director of Investments & Analytics, your role will involve providing real-time, forward-looking insights on market research and trends, analyzing investment cash flows, and evaluating existing and new developments. Your strategic vision will steer our team towards success and help us stay ahead of the curve.
**Key Responsibilities.**
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the Investments team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Contribute to the annual valuation and budgeting process.
- Develop KPIs and dashboard reporting.
- Manage the company's investment portfolio(s) and optimize enterprise software for departmental management.
- Prepare executive-level reports detailing the organization’s cash requirements.
- Provide business units with training, tools, and support.
- Lead the development of pro-forma financial modeling and project evaluation.
- Oversee analysis, underwriting, and reporting for new acquisitions, developments, and re-developments of real property investments.
- Create and maintain financial forecast models for all real property investments and develop a consolidated cash flow model with a high degree of accuracy.
- Track and manage a business pipeline for prospective investments, developments, and projects.
- Prepare and present Investment Analysis and Recommendations.
- Coordinate market research and analysis to inform management decisions.
- Prepare investor reports, analyze assumptions and results, and manage due diligence processes for new deal closings.
- Maintain and report benchmark data and key performance indicators to support team and corporate objectives.
**About You.**
- MBA with a background in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in real estate
- Strong interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills
- Guru-level proficiency in Excel; advanced skills in SQL, VBA, and experience with Argus Developer and Enterprise
- Effective at managing competing priorities and providing leadership to teams
- Collaborative with Executive Team and business unit leaders
- Experienced in cost and financial accounting procedures, analysis, and reporting
- Skilled in optimizing ERP systems and IT environments
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Consistently meets deadlines with a professional demeanor
- Highly organized and efficient in handling large volumes of information
