**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Cleantech Service Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our residential properties. The Residential Facility Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of the residential facility.
**Schedule: Saturday - Sunday (9am-3pm)**
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Checks of all common areas (Hallway, mechanical, electrical)
- Monthly fire safety checklist (required by City Fire Department)
- Regular cleanup of mechanical, electrical and storage rooms
- Basic security detail: checking doors, reporting suspicious activity
- Reporting back to strata manager, and strata council
- High level security detail: asking people to leave, checking camera footage.
- Monthly reports to strata council and strata manager
- Meeting with trades, spending time with them, and reporting back to strata
- Meeting with residents, listening to them and resolve basic issues.
- Attending council meeting upon inviting.
- Attending to in-suite issues such as water leaks, doors, windows and reporting back
- Basic mechanical, electrical troubleshooting from extensive industry experience
- Picking up and delivering essential items and supplies
- Completing basic telecommunication, and computer troubleshooting
- Ability to proactively address maintenance issues with a focus on preventive maintenance
**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in residential settings
- An opportunity to collaborate with renowned builders and contractors on prestigious projects along Robson Street and with Asia Standard America's.
- Reliable and punctual
- Possess a keen eye for detail
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
**Experience**:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- Building manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)
