**Summary**

We are seeking a Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Siltech Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of our products. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

1. Shipping of US orders

a. Prepares all required shipping documentation

b. Books carriers (i.e. FEDEX type, those that are web-based)

c. Generates paperwork for all warehouse transfers

d. Preparing Delivery Slips and Dangerous Goods documents

2. General administrative tasks in the office: Answering phone calls and door inquiries, monitoring the front entrance security camera, guiding visitors through security protocols such as signing in, reviewing safety guidelines, and wearing visitor badges.

3. Backs up the CSR team as required.

**Requirements**:

- Able to lift up to 50 lb.
- College Degree in Logistics. May substitute experience for education.
- Solid grasp of supply chain, current national and international import/export regulatory requirements.
- Dangerous Goods Certification.
- WHMIS Certification.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office and other proprietary/data entry software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
