Location/s: We are recruiting for a number of sites across Vancouver and surrounding areas:

- St Paul’s Hospital
- Brock Fahrni
- Mount St Joseph’s Hospital
- Youville Residence
- Langara

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Housekeeping or designate, the Housekeeping Aide
carries out a variety of light and heavy cleaning duties. Performs daily cleaning and disinfecting of all high contact elements and surfaces as well as discharge cleaning and disinfecting of inpatient and resident rooms. Replenishes supplies and maintains related equipment in accordance with established procedures. Transports linens, equipment and furniture using appropriate equipment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:
Grade 10 or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Skills And Abilities**:
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to operate related equipment.

**Job Types**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.91 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
