**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facility, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for our guests. Your contributions will enhance the overall hospitality experience, making it essential for you to take pride in your work and deliver exceptional service.

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and maintaining safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

**Skills**
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
