The Partnerships team is looking for an Installation Partner Manager to join their group of talented team members who are truly passionate about creating strong partnerships. To be eligible for this position, you must be located in Canada or The United States of America, and work within EST hours (+/- 1 hour).

**About the role**:
As the Installation Partner Manager, you'll play a critical role at Lightspeed by ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible when working with our partners. Your ability to develop and manage business relationships is vital to the success of the onboarding process and to the overall customer journey. Your work will have a direct impact on supporting new and existing customers during their installation or service calls from our partners.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Own and develop the business relationships we have with our current installation partners
- Develop new partnerships - source partners, negotiate terms, implement operational processes
- Maintain a direct line of sight into the daily operations with partners
- Develop reporting structures to ensure terms of service agreements are being met
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Onboarding and Support teams who schedule the services, the Finance team, the Procurement team, etc.
- Make it about the Customer by working to continuously improve their experience with our partners

**What you'll be bringing to the team**:

- Experience managing numerous vendors/ business to business partnerships
- The ability to negotiate terms and contracts
- Operational mindset with the goal of continuous improvement
- Data driven approach to insights, reporting, and recommendations
- Interpersonal savvy to mediate between internal and external stakeholders
- Resourceful and proactive problem solver

**Even better if you have, but not necessary**:

- Experience with hardware installations or on-site service vendors
- Basic understanding of networking or Internet Service Providers' responsibilities
- Knowledge of and experience in the retail/ restaurant industries
