**What We’re Looking For**:
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to the Head of Partnerships—a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to help drive Taiv’s partnerships strategy, execution, and team alignment. You’ll work across departments, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the partnerships org can scale effectively into new markets and verticals.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action and enjoys solving complex problems with limited structure.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Own Execution Within Partnerships**: Help lead the partnerships organization, ensuring it continues to scale quickly and effectively
- **Maximize Executive Efficiency**: Take on initiatives that streamline operations and free up time for high-leverage strategic focus
- **Drive Cross-Functional Alignment**: Ensure teams and external stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- **Run Strategic Projects**: Take on high-priority projects that cut across teams, often with limited precedent or playbooks

- 3-7 years of experience in operations, business development, strategy, consulting, or startup environments
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or teams
- Excellent communicator and skilled at coordinating between stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a high-growth, high-change environment

**Job Details**:
**Salary**: Salary and equity package dependent on experience and fit
