Sushi Chef

**SUSHI CHEF - TEAM MEMBER**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our sushi team at our Stratford location As part of our locally operated Bento Sushi franchise, you’ll be working in a dynamic food service environment with support, training, and room to grow. If you enjoy working in a team setting, providing great food, and connecting with customers, we’d love to hear from you.

**Location & Hours**:
Zehrs Stratford, _865 Ontario St, Stratford, Ontario N5A 7Y2_
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or longer as needed

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assist with daily kitchen prep, including setting up work areas and ingredients
- Assemble sushi rolls, bowls, and other items following our food safety standards
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene protocols
- Support team members with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Ability to lift up to 15 kg (33 lb)
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- No prior sushi experience required - full training and uniform provided
