Overview:

**Experience**:
Customer service ( 1 year preferred)

Retails Sales (1 year preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be 19+
- Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere while serving customers. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions in person and over phone to assist in choosing vaping products.
- Understanding merchandise presentation while displaying products. Effectively communicate product benefits, promotions, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handling cash and debit payments. Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash in accordance with company policies.
- Maintaining a strong understanding about product inventory. Stay up-to-date on the latest vaping products, trends, and industry regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Overseeing deliveries. Monitor and restock vape products, e-liquids, and accessories to maintain inventory levels and ensure a wide product selection.
- Day to day cleaning. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, including display cases and product shelves.
- Assist customers with the assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vape devices, ensuring they operate safely.
- Adhere to all local and state regulations related to the sale of vaping products, including age verification procedures.
- Educate customers about vaping safety, proper usage, and the importance of responsible vaping.

Licence/ Certification:
Drivers licence (preferred)

Schedule:
11 hours shift
