I.t. Networking

At ECM we are a professional I.T. services firm focused on bringing best in class Information Technology, Operational Technology, and Cabling Infrastructure to our industrial & mining clients. As technology continues to enhance our client's operations they increasingly look to our growing team of I.T. networking / server technicians & specialists to help ensure the design, deployment, and on-going maintenance of their I.T. systems.

We are currently recruiting for 1-2 I.T. networking/server technicians to join our Automation Networking division in newly created positions.

The best individual for this position will have previous experience providing I.T. and networking support services to a variety of clients, and ideally to industrial/mining clients, or will be a new-grad with an interest in growing their career in this sector.

Knowledge of the following solutions will be beneficial:

- Strong foundation in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, or career experience deploying and maintaining switches, routers, and firewalls).
- Fluent in network troubleshooting techniques.
- Understanding of Cisco ASA firewalls and their configuration through the ASDM.
- Understanding & Experience with Active Directory & general maintenance of Server 2019/2022.

Critical to this position is a desire and ability to learn the technologies and systems used by our clients, and an ability to express ideas and solutions in a friendly and professional manner to our clients and your teammates.

We expect this role to be filled by an individual with approximately 1-3 years experience in the I.T. field, or a new-grad who is ready to grow.
