VPI is a Service Provider for Employment Ontario, which is funded by the Ontario Government to support jobseekers and employers. VPI has been delivering employment programs for more than 30 years. We are based in Mississauga and have 17 branches across Southern Ontario. We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Supervisor Employment Services based out of our Scarborough location.

**Key Job Functions**
- Support the Manager, Employment Services with day-to-day supervision of branch activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, service standards, and performance outcomes.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and operational support to front-line staff, including Employment Counsellors, Job Preparation and Placement Counsellors, and Resource Centre staff.
- Monitor service delivery activities, client flow, and appointment schedules to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive client experience.
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training of new staff to promote confidence, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Review case notes, service plans, and data entry to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with client outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator and Resource Specialist to ensure efficient coordination of walk-ins, workshops, and referrals.
- Support the implementation of new tools, resources, and service strategies introduced by the Manager, Employment Services.
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely and accurate data to support performance monitoring.
- Work closely with the Manager to develop action plans that help branches meet or exceed funder and organizational targets.
- Provide coverage and operational support during Branch Manager absences to ensure service continuity and leadership presence.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and support real-time solutions to maintain service continuity and quality.
- Promote a positive, collaborative team culture that prioritizes client needs, equity, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the branch at internal meetings or community events as required.
