Tucked inside the Somewhere Inn Collingwood boutique hotel, Brooky’s is a wine and coffee bar dedicated to high-quality snacks, drinks, and memorable experiences. Serving both hotel guests and the local community, we begin each day with a curated selection of breakfast items, coffee, and fresh pastries. As the day winds down, we shift our focus to natural and biodynamic wines, craft beers, and thoughtful, locally sourced snacks. We take pride in our garden patio, a beautifully designed space where seasonal events highlight the best of local food, drink, and culture.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate, community-minded individual to join our front-of-house team. If you have a love for wine, craft beer, and great food, and thrive on creating warm, memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect fit.

We take pride in the space we’ve built and are excited to share it with our community. From live music and art classes to run clubs and collaborative events, we’re always looking for ways to bring people together. Flexibility and a positive attitude during events will be key to your success in this role.

While you’ll work alongside our front desk team, your primary focus will be on hosting guests at our wine bar. At the heart of this role is genuine hospitality, delivering thoughtful service, celebrating quality food and wine, and contributing to the welcoming, professional atmosphere that defines who we are.
