**What You'll Be Responsible For**:

- **Leading and mentoring our skilled team of technicians and service advisors**, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction**, from initial contact to vehicle pickup.
- **Managing daily shop operations**, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
- **Overseeing service write-ups, estimates, and invoicing**, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- **Building and maintaining strong customer relationships**, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Monitoring and achieving service department goals** for efficiency, profitability, and customer retention.
- **Implementing and maintaining safety protocols** in the workplace.
- **Staying current with industry trends and technologies** to continuously improve our services.
- **Collaborating with the owner/management** to drive overall business success.
