Inovata Foods Corp. is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to work at our Edmonton, Alberta location. Located in Edmonton, Alberta with a partnered facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Inovata Foods is a major producer of high-quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America. We are currently looking for 2 individuals to join our team - SHIFT 1: You will work 4 days per week **Wednesday to Saturday for **10 1/2 hours. Start time will be 5AM. - SHIFT 2: You will work as a '**floater' covering leaves and busy periods**, this will be a full time role but flexible in hours. - From January - April you will work day shift Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat at 7am to cover a current LOA - Following this you will work various shifts **Starting rate is $25.55 with an increase at 3 months.** **Who are we looking to hire?** - A reliable, dedicated, friendly and hard working Inovata Foods Team Member - A person who takes pride in their work, that of others within their area of responsibility and with a critical eye for detail regarding achieving high levels of cleanliness in the work at hand - Someone who shares our number one priority of working safely and maintaining a health and safe work environment - A willing and capable learner who is looking to grow and develop in the role **Rewards**: - Vacation will be accrued at 4% of gross earnings. - Pride in being part of a team that produces products that you will see in supermarkets across Canada for an internationally recognized company. - Refer-a-friend bonus. **General Responsibilities**: - Complete all shipping and receiving duties - Safely operate a reach truck, forklift and pallet jack - Maintain detailed reports for the transfer of goods - Stage ingredients for production line and various departments - Assist with all warehouse duties as required - Stack meat with other team members (lift up to 60 pounds) **Qualifications** - _ Experience working in a warehouse environment with receiving and shipping_ - _ Experience in a manufacturing facility considered an asset_ - Attention to detail and an eye for a high level of accuracy - Excellent communication skills both oral and written **Our Vision Statement** "We create wholesome and convenient meals that bring family and friends together since 1989." **Our "RECIPE" for Success Core Values** Respect, Engagement, Courage, Integrity, Passion & Excellence
