We’re seeking a **Sales Representative** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to qualify, build value, and close—consistently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handle **5-10 inbound leads per day**—no cold calling
- Conduct Zoom consultations using our proprietary software to measure customer properties (accurate to within 1 ft)
- Help homeowners select fence styles, colours, and options while prequalifying based on budget
- Confirm measurements in the field when the customer is ready to move forward
- Present formal quotes and **close high-ticket deals** (average sale: $7,000+)
- Use our **Zoho CRM** to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline stages
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with our install and operations team to ensure a seamless experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **sales wizard** with a proven track record in **closing high-ticket deals**:

- Strong communication skills, both on Zoom and in person
- Comfortable using **CRM software** (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Ability to read a measuring tape and understand basic property layout measurements
- **Fence or construction background** is a major asset
- Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for on-site visits

This is a **high-ticket sales role**. Our top reps earn over **$100,000+ per year** with an abundance of quality leads and a streamlined process that gets results.

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
