**Part-Time Baker**
- Hours:_ 15-25 hours per week, mornings/weekends/holidays as needed

**Position Overview**
We are looking for an experienced and reliable **Part-Time Baker** to join our team. You’ll help prepare and bake a variety of products, maintain high quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, mix, shape, and bake breads, pastries, and/or cakes according to recipes and standards
- Measure and scale ingredients accurately
- Monitor proofing, baking, and cooling processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Assist with inventory and ingredient prep
- Follow food safety and workplace safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- Previous professional baking experience preferred (pastry or bread)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with early mornings, weekends, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation (bus schedule does NOT accommodate start time)

Pay: $17.70-$19.93 per hour
