We are looking for a dependable and experienced **Landscape Foreman** to lead a crew in completing high-quality landscaping projects. If you have a strong background in landscape installation, enjoy leading a team, and are ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

**Position Overview**
As a Landscape Foreman, you will manage a crew of 2 to 3 staff members and oversee both softscape and hardscape installations. You will be responsible for job planning, site coordination, quality control, equipment management, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily operations and manage crew performance
- Complete high-quality installations including paving stones, retaining walls, tree and shrub planting, sod, mulch, and more
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and crew vehicles
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications
- Train and develop crew members while holding them accountable
- Communicate regularly with the Landscaping Installation Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and uphold all safety protocols
- Submit daily reports and project documentation

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape or construction leadership
- Strong knowledge of both hardscape and softscape techniques
- Valid driver’s license (Class 3 License)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly
