**Landscape Foreman**

Quarry Hills Excavation & Gravel Ltd. is one of Westman’s fastest growing commercial heavy equipment contractors; specializing in gravel, sewer & water, and earthworks. We take pride in providing efficient, reliable service and are currently looking to expand our team and fill the position of Landscape Foreman as we head into another busy season.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract, preference given to those who hold a class 1 or 3
- 2 years or more experience in landscaping industry.
- 2 years or more experience in operating skid steer and pulling trailers
- General knowledge of grading and how to find and set elevation etc.
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of landscaping as listed

DUTIES
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of employees
- Implement landscape construction practices (tree & shrub planting, irrigation, soil and sod, paving stone, retaining walls)
- Read landscape construction plans
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Assist in scheduling
- Communicate/coordinate with management, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients etc.
- Keep records of employee hours, receipts, fuel logs

- skidsteer: 2 years (preferred)
- landscaping: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 3 Licence (preferred)
