Marketing Sales Representative

**About Us**: REable Hub is an all-in-one marketing platform built for real estate individuals and brokerages. It provides a centralized hub to streamline branding, automate listing assets, content creation, and online visibility, making it easier to manage and promote real estate marketing effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage prospective clients, including real estate agents, brokers, and property developers, to expand our customer base.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of REable Hub’s services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, marketing, or related industries.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and real estate industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
